mylexify ('we', 'company') respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: email, name, password (encrypted)
- Usage data: product details you enter, descriptions generated
- Payment data: processed exclusively by Paddle — we do not store card details
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, session cookies
- WooCommerce data: store URL, plugin connection token (stored encrypted)
3. Use of Data
- Providing and improving the mylexify service
- Generating AI descriptions via the Anthropic API
- Managing subscriptions and payments via Paddle
- Sending service updates (only if you consented)
- Usage analysis for application improvement
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We share data only with:
- Anthropic (Claude API): product details you enter for description generation
- Supabase: data storage (EU servers)
- Paddle: payment processing and subscription management
- Vercel: application hosting
We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers within the EU (Supabase EU region). We use TLS encryption for all communications, Row Level Security in the database, and security controls in the API. We retain your data for as long as you maintain an active account, and for 30 days after deletion.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access: request a copy of your data
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data
- Erasure: delete your account from Settings
- Portability: export data in CSV format
- Objection: to use for marketing purposes
