1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the mylexify service, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any term, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
mylexify is a SaaS application that uses AI technology to generate product descriptions for e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Skroutz). The service is provided 'as is' with a target availability of 99%+ (excluding scheduled maintenance).
3. User Account
- You must be 18+ years old to use the service
- You are responsible for the security of your password
- One account per user — sharing is not permitted
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free: 10 descriptions/month, no charge
- Pro (€29.99/month): 300 descriptions/month
- Business (€49.99/month): 1,500 descriptions/month
- Payments are processed via Paddle (secure payment processor)
- Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period

5. Acceptable Use
You may not use mylexify to:
- Create content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Spam or abuse the API
- Create misleading advertisements or false claims
- Circumvent usage limits (e.g. via multiple accounts)
- Reverse engineer the application
6. Intellectual Property
Descriptions generated through mylexify belong to you. mylexify retains rights to the software, prompts, and templates. Republication or commercial exploitation of the application is not permitted.
7. Limitation of Liability
mylexify does not guarantee that AI-generated descriptions are 100% accurate, original, or suitable for every use. Users must review generated content before publishing. Our total liability does not exceed the amount paid in the last month.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We update the Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you via email of significant changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Greek law and European legislation. Jurisdiction: Athens, Greece.
